Child and Family Eye Care Center is committed to providing our patients with the very best in vision
care. Dr. Price and Dr. Davies offer a full scope of optometric services to meet the needs of the
entire family, from young children in their developmental years to the special health considerations
of seniors.
While we provide care for patients of all ages, we specialize in assisting children with
vision-based learning problems. If you know a bright child who is struggling to read and learn or has
difficulty remaining on task, please click here for more information. Many children suspected of
having dyslexia or attention deficit are really suffering from undiagnosed vision problems. The first
step in helping your child is getting the right diagnosis.
Technology is key in providing you the best in patient care. Our exam includes a retinal photo on
each patient. You will also notice our electronic letter charts, corneal topography, advanced eye
movement testing, and more.
Good vision is so much more than just seeing clearly. We don't just stop with helping you
see clearly, we also evaluate the way your eyes work together, how they track when reading,
and how they perform when playing sports.
We perform free eye exams on infants under one year of age through the InfantSEE program. Assessments
at six to twelve months of age can determine healthy development of vision. Early detection of eye
conditions is the best way to ensure a baby has healthy vision for successful development-now and in
the future.
